Utilizing his distinct approach to the medium, the viewer is confronted with a profound study of the natural world and the shadows it inevitably casts. Beneath our clouded and accustomed perception of the material world, Tomasz Kawecki assumes the existence of a shadow realm, untouched by human appropriation. A hiding place for animistic and primordial beliefs that is still unexplored in a world that is otherwise measured and exploited.
